i have been missing from this space for quite awhile now. i'm going to try to be better about posting daily again. life has just been so crazy lately. the photos above were taken with my iphone 4 & instagram last weekend while spending time with my boy. we had a great time watching free concerts at doug fir, eating yummy treats at whole foods, and wandering around the city. i can't believe that my little man will be turning 8 at the end of this month. the time sure has gone by quickly. before i know it he is going to be 16 and driving. yikes!

hello again friends! i've been absent from this space for a bit but for a very good reason. i got to spend some time last week with my friend lori (a.k.a. the 10 cent designer) who was here in portland, oregon visiting from canada. i met lori 6 years ago on a photo sharing site called flickr. our friendship has grown over the years and she has inspired me in so many ways. i was extremely excited to meet her in person for the first time! here are a few of my polaroids from our adventures to cannon beach & the wooden shoe tulip farm.

the portland zwickelmania brewery tour last saturday was awesome. we took the ne portland tour and ended up going to 6 out of the 8 breweries on the suggested itinerary. it was a crazy day full of amazing beers, lots of laughs, fun school bus rides and yummy treats! really looking forward to doing it again next year! check out the bottom of the post for the links to each brewery. go pay them a visit when your in ne pdx, you won't be disappointed!
